Brian has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry as an Entertainer, Operations Manager, Creative Director, Producer, Director, and head of Casting and Booking.

With a Master's in Communication and Leadership, Brian provides transformational and inspirational leadership by actively encouraging team creativity, fostering open communication, demonstrating forward-thinking, creating self-managed teams, and exhibiting commitment to high-quality entertainment.

When it comes to themed attractions and entertainment, he fully subscribes to the story-driven project format, pursuing an event, show, or attraction that strives to tell a story, with all elements adhering to telling that story and creating a fully immersive experience. He has provided services and/or collaboration for brands such as Cedar Fair, Six Flags, The Johnny Morris Foundation, Warner Brothers, Carnival Cruise Lines, GrayBoy Entertainment, and more.

With his experience as a Flight Medic, Paramedic, Firefighter, and Critical Care Paramedic in a Level I Trauma Center, Brian has the unique ability to add health and safety as a focus in all projects he leads.
